Barbara Adey is a global executive with 20 years of experience driving growth and market share. Most recently, she served as vice president of business development for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Before joining HPE, Barbara held multiple executive positions at Cisco in product management, strategy, operations, and sales.
Over her 14 years at Cisco, she developed the company’s first Internet of Things program, drove the creation of Cisco’s first ever vertical in healthcare, and led worldwide sales for the launch of Cisco TelePresence. Barbara started her career as an engineer in the telecommunications industry.
Barbara holds a bachelor's degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and an MBA from York University.
